  1. IM NEW TO WIGS, WHICH WOULD YOU SUGGEST I GET?  If you are new to wearing wigs, I would suggest a closure wig, its very beginner friendly.
  2. CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN HAIR TO GET A WIG MADE? Yes you can provide your own hair new or used. Keep in mind for used hair it will be an additional $25
  3. IF I ORDERED THE WIG ONLINE CAN I MEET YOU LOCALLY TO PICK UP? If you are near then yes you will have to meet me at specific location I provide.
  4. DO YOU DELIVERY WIGS IF I MAKE ONLINE PURCHASE? Yes I do provide delivery fees depending on what area you need me to come to.
  5. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OFFLINE? Yes, only if you are paying cash and would like to pick up soon.
  6. CAN I RUSH ORDER? No, Please order  ahead of time to avoid any delays and confusion. Custom wigs are made by hand and need time to complete. Please be patient with us.
  7. ARE YOUR WIGS GLUE-LESS? Yes wig can also come wit and elastic band upon request if you want your wig glue-less
  8. WHAT KIND OF WIGS DO YOU PROVIDE AND MORE INFO ABOUT WIGS? I provide human hair mix blend wigs (which is good quality affordable wigs, these wigs can not be permed, dye and some of them can take heat and hold light curls. These wigs are not to be sewn down on head, you must treat wig according to its quality state) DO not sleep with wig on head..but these wigs will last up 3 weeks maybe longer depending on how often you wear wig and the proper care you provide hair.  These are quick get up and go wigs. I also provide 7a grade wigs (which is virgin hair but quality of hair is poor but you can dye, perm and flat iron hair. Hair may lasts up to 6 months depending how often you wear wig. I also provide 9a and 10a wigs which is one our top quality wig lines. Hair is so soft , full of body, luster and luxury. These wigs are higher than all other wigs but yet very affordable for the quality hair as well. You can get wig sewn down, perm dye hair and flat iron. Hair holds amazing curls. Wig will last for years even longer depending how often you wear wig.
  9. HOW LONG IT TAKE TO MAKE A WIG? For local customers 2-5 business days. Depending on the volume of orders I receive when you are ordering it can take up to an additional 2 days. For online orders it take 2 days to process payment and confirm order. After that your order will be shipped 7-10 business days. Or maybe sooner.
